Hey there, I’m a recent Computer Science graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo working as a front-end web developer. While I might spend the majority of my day rocking code at a desk, I’d rather be trying out new dishes in a kitchen.
Food Goes In Mouth is a place for me to share in my explorations in cooking. The good and the bad. Mostly the bad, considering I’m almost completely brain dead and will screw most of these things up. Seriously, don’t follow my recipes for your own health and safety.
Hopefully you can provide me feedback, suggest improvements to my rare successes, and learn to avoid my many mistakes. I spent three quarters cooking three to five nights a week for fifteen to twenty-five hungry college boys while in Delta Tau Fraternity, so some of my dishes here will be best suited for a small crowd with guts of steel.
