If by “handful of garlic” you mean 40 cloves in each bird, Alton Brown style, then yes.

(Although not arranged and cooked in the same manner as the Good Eats recipe.)

Haha, excellent. Yes, a “handful” is 40 cloves. A “pinch” of garlic is like… 10 cloves. Right?
